Function withdrawal without confirmation is over. System already running well, and we dont need this function anymore. So from now on all is coming back to classical old scheme of confirmation as before.

Technical details of stopping of this function:

1. Upper level bonuses will be transfered to unconfirmed.
2. Upper level bonuses will not be able to withdrawal for approximately 5 days.
3. Old request and orders will be deleted, so the ones who wants withdrawal need to make new requests.
